RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Ateliers Ferrat, we take pride in delivering products of the highest quality. If you receive a defective item, we are committed to providing a refund. To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:

2. Email us at ateliersferrat@gmail.com explaining the issue with your order. Kindly note that only products with a valid explanation email will be eligible for a refund.
Upon receiving the defective item and verifying the issue, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Please note that our refund policy covers only products found to be defective upon arrival. Any products returned after 30 days and without a corresponding email explaining the issue will not be eligible for a refund.
